Antenatal Support - Breastfeeding
Initial Antenatal Appointment
$175 - 90 mins
This appointment allows us to discuss your individual needs and any past experiences, and make a plan to set you up for success prior to your little ones arrival. Learn how to antenatal express and receive an antenatal expression kit and an information guide of what to expect in the first few weeks following birth.
Nourish Package
$500
Our Nourish Package is a favourite for all — whether you’re in the thick of newborn life, juggling toddlers and teens or just plain BUSY. Sometimes you just need a helping hand to keep everyone well fed and nourished.
What's Included:
4x Nourishing Meals
Chosen by you from my menu and prepared fresh in your home. Each meal makes approx. five single serves (total min 20 adult servings). Your kitchen will be left tidy and your fridge fully stocked.
Cook time: approx. 2–2.5 hours per session. All ingredients, containers, and utensils are provided. Menu includes gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options available.
Postnatal Support - Breastfeeding
Initial Post Birth Appointment
$175 - 90 minutes
A safe, judgement-free space to ask questions and voice concerns. I will observe a breastfeed with gentle, practical guidance and tailored strategies to meet your unique needs.
New Baby Support Package
$270 - 2.5hours
If you would like both Antenatal and Post Birth Support, our New Baby Support package is the perfect choice. This includes a 90-minute antenatal appointment followed by a 60 - minute appointment following the arrival of your baby.
By booking these together you get a discounted rate, continuity of care and peace of mind during this transition period.
Reassurance
$110/hr
Sometimes, what you really need is a listening ear and gentle guidance. These sessions are perfect when you’d like extra support or simply want to check in about how things are going.
We can talk through anything from an unsettled baby, newborn sleep (0–3 months) — this is not sleep training. Formula feeding support, such as choosing a formula or transitioning to bottles, baby care basics, such as bathing, wrapping or settling. It can even be when you're feeling nervous about returning to work or weaning your little one.
If you’re feeling unsure or just want reassurance that you’re doing okay, this session is for you.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone — I’m here to help.
Ongoing Breastfeeding Support
Follow Up Appointment
$110 - 60mins
Sometimes, one session isn’t quite enough. These follow-ups are available for ongoing support, whether you're troubleshooting a persistent issue or just need a little more guidance and reassurance. These can only be booked after being seen for an initial appointment.
Please Note there are times that despite ongoing support breastfeeding may not be fully achievable. When this occurs we will work together to find a feeding plan that best supports the families needs. Refunds are not provided based on breastfeeding outcomes.

What’s included:
90-minute face-to-face antenatal planning appointment
We will discuss your needs, address any concerns including those from previous experiences
and plan ahead together. This session includes education on antenatal expression of
breastmilk (if you’re planning to breastfeed) or a comprehensive chat about formula feeding
and preparation. An antenatal expression kit for colostrum and information guide to the first
few weeks is also included.
8 hours of in-home support
Tailored to you and your baby’s needs, these hours can be broken up to suits you as either
1x8hrs, 2 x 4hrs, 4 x 2hrs or 1 x 2hrs + 2 x 3hrs.
Support may include:
• Lactation Support
• Settling baby and reading baby’s cues
• Baby care while you rest or sleep
• Bathing Routines
• Formula Choices and bottle-feeding assistance
• Sibling care — involving older children or caring for baby so you can enjoy special
time with older children
• Light household chores (e.g. making beds, dishes, folding laundry)
I am here to adapt to whatever you need on the day — my goal is to support you.
4 x Homecooked Meals
Four nourishing meals (chosen by you from my menu) prepared fresh in your home — each
meal makes approx. five single serves (total: min 20 adult servings). These can be cooked
before baby arrives or after birth, filling your freezer and keeping you nourished during the
early weeks.
• Cook time: 2–2.5 hours — this is additional time and does not come off your 8hours
in home support hours.
• All ingredients, containers and utensils are provided.
• Your kitchen will be left tidy and your fridge full!
• Menu includes gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

Daily text or voice message support for the first 5 days post-discharge (or first 5 days once
support commenced – please note this is not an on-call service — my phone will be off
overnight and during appointments).

During this session I can:
• Support you through cluster feeding
• Assist with settling and caring for your baby
• Help with your other children during the evening rush
• Get you organised for the night ahead (washing pumps, bottles, and setting up feeds)

What’s included:
90-minute face-to-face antenatal planning appointment
A dedicated time to talk through your needs, address any concerns including those from previous experiences and plan for a smooth transition. This session includes education on antenatal expression of breastmilk (if planning to breastfeed) or a thorough chat about formula feeding and preparation. An antenatal colostrum expression kit and a folder on what to expect in the first few weeks is included.
4 hours of postnatal in-home support
Tailored to you and your baby’s needs, these hours can either be delivered in 1 x 4hr block or 2 x 2hr visits.
Support may include:
• Lactation
• Settling baby and reading baby’s cues
• Caring for baby while you rest or sleep
• Bathing routines
• Formula Choices and bottle feeding assistance
• Sibling care — involving older children or caring for baby so you can enjoy special time with your older child/children
